Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
4 Pcs.
Finely Chopped Green Chili
1 tsp
Garam masala
1 tsp
Lemon juice
0 As per taste
1 tsp
Cumin Coriander Powder
2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
2 Cups
Oil (To Deep Fry)
Aloo Kachori
  1. In a bowl add flour, oil, curd, salt and fruit salt. Make a tight dough by adding required water.
  2. Cover it with cotton cloth and Keep it aside for half an hour.
  3. Meanwhile, In a plate add potato, salt, green chill, garam masala, lemon juice, cumin coriander powder and coriander leaves. MIx it well.
  4. Keep it in a freeze for 10 minutes. After that take small portion from the dough and roll it. Add small portion of prepared stuffing.
  5. Cover it with the dough.
  6. Roll it lightly or press it with fingers.
  7. immediately transfer it in a medium hot oil to deep fry. fry it until golden brown.
  8. Serve it with namkeen sev and tamarind chutney.
