Crushed Onion

Ginger-Garlic-Chilli paste
3/4 cup
Tomato Puree
3/4 cup
Boiled Peas
2 Pcs.
Boiled Potatoes
1/2 cup
Paneer
0 As per taste
Salt
2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder
1 tsp
Garam masala
1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi
1/2 tbsp
Cumin Coriander Powder
1 Piece
Dry Red Chili
2 tbsp
Fresh Cream
Aloo Mutter  Paneer
  1. In a pan add oil, cumin seeds and dry red chili.
  2. Add crushed onion and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now, add ginger-chili-garlic paste and mix it.
  4. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, cumin coriander powder cover the lead and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add fresh cream and mix it.
  6. Add peas, potatoes, Paneer and mix it.
  7. Add half cup water and cook it 5-6 minutes. Serve it hot. Add fresh cream and kasuri methi at the time of serving.
