Wheat Flour
1 cup
All purpose flour
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Garam masala
2 1/2 Cups
Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
3 tsp
Finely Chopped Green Chili
3 tsp
Crushed Garlic & Ginger
1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice
1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder
0 As per taste
Salt
8 tbsp

Aloo Paratha
  1. In a bowl mix wheat flour, all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil. mix it. add adequate water and knead the dough.
  2. In a bowl mix mashed potatoes, salt, green chili, crushed ginger garlic, black pepper powder, lemon juice and garam masala.
  3. Take small portion from dough, roll it and place potato mixture inside.
  4. Cover it and roll it again.
  5. Place paratha on a hot tawa. Cook it until light brown. After that add oil (1 tbsp in each paratha) and cook it until golden brown.
  6. Serve it hot with curd or pickle.
