Red Chili (Bholar Lal Marcha)
2 Pcs.
lemon slice
3 tbsp
2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds / Variyali / Saunf
3 tbsp
Split mustard seeds / Rai na kuria
4 teaspoon
Athela Marcha / Red Chili Pickle
  1. Take red chilies, Wash it and dry it using clean towel.
  2. Cut it in a half Size and deseed it.
  3. Add lemon Juice ( 3 tbsp) and salt in chilies. keep it aside for at least 6 hours. After that drain all the water from chilies.
  4. Take oil , split mustard seeds / Rai na Kuria , Fennel Seeds.
  5. Mix all These three ingredients in a plate.
  6. Add chilies in these oil mixture and mix it well.
  7. Store these chilies in a glass / Chinai mati container. After one day again mix it and store it in a freeze for 15 days.
