Black Chickpeas / Black Chana
1/2 cup
Boiled Corn Kernels
1 cup
Lettuce
1/4 cup
Finely chopped tomatos
1 Piece
Capsicum
2 tbsp
Mayonnaise
0 As per taste
Salt
1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp
Piri piri Masala
1/2 tsp
Oil
Roasted bell pepper and Black Chickpeas Cold Salad
  1. Make a small marks on capsicum using Fork.
  2. Apply oil on capsicum and roast it on the stove top.
  3. Roast it for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Let it cool be completely. and finely chop it. Prepare all other ingredients.
  5. Combine everything in a large bowl and allow it to cool in a freeze for at least 45 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle some more piri piri masala / black pepper powder at the time of serving. Serve it cold.
