Gram flour (Besan)
1 Piece
Capsicum
3/4 cup
Water
1 tsp
Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
0 As per taste
Salt
2 Cups
Oil (To Deep Fry)
1 pinch
Baking Soda
Capsicum Pakora
  1. Slice the capsicum into approximately 1/8 inch thick slices. Season it with half tsp of salt and half tsp of ajwain.
  2. In a bowl Add gram flour, salt, half tsp ajwain, Pinch of soda and add water to make thick batter.
  3. Dip each capsicum slice in Gram flour (besan) batter and deep fry it in a hot oil. Serve it hot with tea or coffee.
