- Medium sized Potato
- 1 tbsp
- Butter
- 1 Piece
- Bay leaf
- 1 Piece
- Cinnamon Stick
- 4 Cups
- Vegetable Stock
- 0 As per taste
- Salt
- 1 cup
- Spinach
- 1 cup
- Cilantro
- 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder
- 1 cup
- Milk
- 1 Piece
- Green Chili

- In a heavy bottom pan add butter, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, diced potatoes and salt. Cover it with lead and cook it for 5-7 minutes. (stir it in between)
- After that add green chili and cook it for 3 minutes. (or saute it until potatoes get cooked completely)
- Now, add spinach and cilantro.
- Cook it for 2-3 minutes on a slow flame.
- Add milk and mix it.
- Bring it to boil for 2 minutes.
- Keep it aside for 1 hour. After that blend it.
- Mix it with vegetable stock. Add salt and pepper powder according to taste. Cook it for 5-6 minutes on slow flame.
- Serve it hot.
