1 cup
Boiled Corn Kernels
4 tbsp
Corn Flour
2 tbsp
All purpose flour
3/4 cup
Water
0 As per taste
Salt
1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder
3/4 cup
Finely chopped onion
2 tsp
Crushed Ginger, Garlic and Chili
2 tsp
Schezwan Sauce
2 Cups
Oil (To Deep Fry)
Crispy Sweetcorn Chaat
  1. In a bowl Combine corn kernels, corn flour, all purpose flour, salt and black pepper powder.
  2. Add adequate water and make a batter. (do not add too much water)
  3. Deep fry it in a hot oil.
  4. Fry it until golden crispy.
  5. Keep it aside and let it be cool.
  6. In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and crushed ginger, garlic and chili saute it.
  7. Add onions and saute it.
  8. Sauteed it until it becomes golden brown.
  9. Add fried corn kernels and schezwan sauce mix it well.
  10. Garnish it with schezwan sauce if you want more spicy and Serve it hot.
