Crushed Garlic
2 Cups
Water
0 As per taste
Salt
1 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder
1 Piece
Vegetable Stock Cube
1 tsp
Oil
1/2 tsp
Cloves Powder
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder
Drumstick And Burnt Garlic Soup
  1. In a pressure cooker add Drumstick and tomato and cook it. Pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles.
  2. Turn of the gas and keep it aside for half an hour.
  3. Mesh it and strain it.
  4. Add Vegetable stock cube, little bit salt (As vegetable stock cube contains salt), Cloves powder, Cinnamon powder, Cumin powder.
  5. Turn on the gas and bring it to boil.
  6. In another pan add 1 tsp oil and crushed garlic.
  7. Saute it until burnt.
  8. Add it in a soup and boil it for 5 minutes on slow flame. Serve it hot.
