600 ml
Milk
2 tbsp
Custard Powder
2 tbsp
Corn Flour
65 Grams
Sugar granules
1 tbsp
Vanilla essence
200 ml
Fresh Cream
French Vanilla Custard
  1. Prepare all ingredients (Take milk at room temperature).
  2. Combine corn flour, milk, vanilla essence and fresh cream together. Mix it well.
  3. Bring it to boil. Continue stirring.
  4. Mean while dilute custard powder in 4 tbsp milk.
  5. Make sure there is no lumps in custard mixture.
  6. After 6-7 minutes milk will get thicker. Now, add Sugar and continue mixing it.
  7. After 10-12 minutes milk will get more thicker.
  8. Now, add custard powder and milk mixture in it.
  9. Boil it for 2 minutes and Turn of the flame.
  10. Keep it in a freeze and Serve it cool with oreo cookies (If you find lumps at the time of serving add some cold milk and mix it well.)
