Garadu Chaat (Indoor Style)
  1. Take one medium sized garadu , wash it properly (do not peel it). cut it into a large pcs. After that In a boiling water boil it for 5-7 minutes. And drain yam in a colander.
  2. Once garadu is cool, peel it and cut it into a A Large Dice Cut.
  3. Heat oil. Fry garadu dices in small batches. Once they start turning golden brown, remove and drain on paper towels. Continue until all of the dices are fried. Season with (Garadu masala. Garadu Masala Recipe : Serve it with lemon slice and garadu masala.
