Boiled and Mashed Potatoes

Raw Banana
1/2 cup
Boiled and Mashed Chana Dal
1/2 cup
Crushed Roasted Peanuts
1/2 cup
Boiled and Mashed Green Peas
4/9 cup
Spinach Puree
1/2 cup
Bread Crumbs
4/9 cup
Bread Crumbs (for coating)
1 cup
All Purpose Flour Thin Better
0 As per taste
Salt
1 tsp
Red Chili Powder
4 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic-Chilli paste
1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp
Garam masala
Hara Bhara Kebab
  1. Fill the pressure cooker with 2 to 3 cups of water. Put the trivet in the pot and the steaming basket on top. Fill with potatoes and raw banana cook it using steam. Then cover and cook under pressure for 3-4 whistles.
  2. Mashed potatoes and raw banana. And mix chana dal, roasted crushed peanuts, Spinach puree, Boiled and mashed peas, Bread crumbs, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala, Ginger-chili-garlic paste.  
  3. After that make a patties from that mixture. Dip it into all purpose flour better. and coat it with bread crumbs.
  4. After coating rest it for 10 minutes.
  5. Deep fry it in a hot oil on law flame. until it's golden brown.
  6. Serve it hot with kebab dip or chutney.
