1/4 cup

1 pinch
Baking Soda
1/2 cup
Boiled Peas
1/2 cup
Boiled Carrots
5 Pcs.
Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds
Instant Rava Appam
  1. In a bowl Mix Rava, Curd, salt, Crushed chili-Ginger, salt and little bit of water and whisk well.
  2. Add Peas, Carrots or any vegetables of your choice and mix it.
  3. In a tempering pan add 3 tbsp oil muster seeds and curry leaves and add it in a rava mixture. Grease the Appam pan.
  4. Add better in a pan and cover the lead.
  5. cook it for 2-3 minutes until it becomes golden brown . Repeat this procedure on another side.
  6. Serve it hot with Coriander - coconut chutney.
