1/2 cup
Urad Dal Atta (Urad Flour)
0 As per taste
Salt
2 tbsp
Crushed Chili-Ginger
1/2 cup
Curd
1 cup
Water
1/2 cup
Finely chopped onion
1/2 cup
Finely chopped tomatos
1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Capsicum
1/2 cup
Boiled Peas
Instant Rava Uttapam
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Combine Rava, urad dal atta, salt, crushed chili garlic, and curd.
  3. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Take nonstick pan and make thin layer of batter.
  4. Add vegetables on it , Press it gently and cover it. Cook it for 4-5 minutes on slow flame.
  5. Cook it on another side for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve it hot with Sambar or chutney.
