Coriander Seeds
3 Pcs.
Kashmiri Red Chili
1 1/2 Cups
Paneer
4/9 cup
Capsicum
1 cup
Finely chopped onion
1 cup
Tomato Puree
2 tbsp
Garlic-Ginger Paste
0 As per taste
Salt
1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp
Finely Chopped Green Chili
Kadai Paneer
  1. For kadai paneer Masala : In a heavy bottom pan add coriander seeds and kashmiri red chili dry roast it for 3-4 minutes on a slow flame. let it be cool and make a smooth powder in mixture.
  2. Cut the paneer and capsicum in a julienne cut shape. prepare all other ingredients and keep it aside.
  3. In a pan add oil, ginger-garlic paste and saute it.
  4. Add finely chopped onion and salt , saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add finely chopped green chili and kadai paneer masala and mix it.
  6. Add tomato puree, half cup water and red chili powder mix it well.
  7. After 2 minutes add capsicum and mix it.
  8. At last add paneer and mix it. serve it with your favorite Indian bread.
