Butter
1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi
1 cup
Water
1 tbsp
Fresh Cream
1 Piece
Small Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp
Garam masala
Kaju Masala
  1. In a pan add 1.5 tbsp oil, Bay leaves, Garlic Cloves, Black pepper, Cloves and cinnamon and cook it for 1-2 minutes on a slow flame.
  2. Now, add dry red chili and onion and saute it.
  3. Saute it for 2-3 minutes on a slow flame. Turn of the gas and keep it aside to cool down.
  4. In pan add 0.5 tbsp oil and saute 0.5 cup cashew.
  5. Make a smooth paste of onion mixture. In another mixture jar add 0.5 cup cashew and 0.5 cup watermelon seeds. Prepare a powder. Keep it with other ingredients.
  6. Now, Add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp butter and cumin seeds. Let the cumin seeds crackled.
  7. Add tomato puree and saute it for 1-2 minutes on slow flame.
  8. After that add cashew and watermelon seeds powder and mix well.
  9. Add Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Garam masala and mix it.
  10. Saute it for 30 seconds and add onion paste.
  11. Add water and cover the lead. cook it for 5 minutes.
  12. Add 1 tbsp cream and mix it.
  13. Add fried cashew and mix it.
  14. At last add kasuri methi and butter.
  15. Serve it hot with your favorite Indian bread.
