Crushed Onion

Tomato Puree
1 tbsp
Garlic Chutney
1 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder
1 tsp
Turmeric powder
2 tbsp
Cumin Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp
Garam masala
0 As per taste
Salt
1 tbsp
Cumin seeds
4 tbsp
Oil
1/2 cup
Buttermilk
1 cup
Gathiya
1/4 cup
Fried Cashew
1 cup
Water
1/2 tsp
Sugar granules
Kathiyawadi Kaju Gathiya Sabji
  1. In a pan add oil and cumin seeds.
  2. Once cumin seeds crackle, add onion and salt. saute it for 2 minutes on slow flame. After that add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, Cumin coriander powder, garlic chutney and mix well.
  3. Saute it for 30 seconds and add tomato puree.
  4. Mix it well and saute it for 1 minute on slow flame. After that add 1 cup water.
  5. Cover the lead and cook it for about 1 minute. Now, add buttermilk and sugar. Mix it well.
  6. Again cover the lead and bring it to boil. add more half cup water if required.
  7. Add gathiya, fried cashew and mix it. Add more masala according to your taste. Serve it with Indian bread/rice.
