Tortillas
1 1/2 Cups
Enchiladas Sauce
1 cup
Broccoli
1/2 cup
Finely chopped onion
1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Capsicum
1 1/2 tbsp
Crushed Garlic
1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp
Taco Seasoning
1/2 cup
Mozerella cheese
1 cup
Tomato Puree
0 As per taste
Salt
1 tsp
Butter
10 Pcs.
Black Olives
Kidney bean and broccoli enchiladas
  1. In a pan heat oil.
  2. Add onion, capsicum, broccoli, crushed garlic and salt.
  3. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Now, add beans, tomato puree and red chili powder.
  5. Cook it for 3 minutes. Take one tortilla and add beans mixture in the centre.
  6. Roll it from both the siides.
  7. Apply butter in baking tray. Place rolled tortilla in baking tray. Repeat it for all tortillas.
  8. On top of it add black olives, capsicum. Pour enchiladas sauce.
  9. Add cheese and bake it.
  10. Bake it for 10-12 minutes on 150 °c. Serve it hot.
