Water
1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Baby Corn
1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Carrots
1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Cabbage
1 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice
200 Grams
Coriander
0 As per taste
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder
1 Piece
Vegetable Stock Cube
1 Piece
Green Chili
Lemon Coriander Soup
  1. In a pan add Cabbage, Carrots and baby corn.
  2. Add 3 cups water and bring it to boil. About 10-12 minutes boil it. And Prepare Stock.
  3. Meanwhile In another pan add coriander sticks and 1 cup water boil it for 7-8 minutes.
  4. After 8 minutes keep it aside for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now strain it remove coriander sticks.
  6. Add Coriander stick's water in Stock. Boil it for 1 minute.
  7. Add 1 piece green chili in water if required (Optional).
  8. Now prepare all other ingredients.
  9. Add all ingredients in stock. Boil it for 1 minute and turn of the flame. (Do not boil too much after adding lemon)
  10. Add lemon juice if required at the time of serving. Serve it hot.
