Maize Flour
3/4 cup
All purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp
Salt
1 tbsp
Red Paprika
2 tbsp
Oil
1 tsp
Ajwain
1 tsp
Red Chili Powder
2 Cups
Oil (To Deep Fry)
1 cup
Water
2 tbsp
All purpose flour
Nachos Chips
  1. In a bowl Combine Maize flour, 0.75 cup all purpose flour, salt, paprika, ajwain, oil, red chili powder (optional). Mix it well.
  2. Now, add adequate water and kneed the tight dough.
  3. Keep it aside for 10 minutes . Take a medium sized portion from dough.
  4. Dust it with all purpose flour.
  5. Roll it and make a marks using fork.
  6. Cut it into a triangle shape.
  7. Deep fry it in a hot oil. Fry it until crispy.
  8. Keep it aside and sprinkle your favorite seasoning.
  9. Serve it with your favorite dip/Cheese Sauce. (You can store it in airtight container for 10 days).
