Nylon Poha (Thin Poha)
0 As per taste
Salt
4 tbsp
Powdered sugar
5 tbsp
Roughly Chopped Green Chilies
1/2 cup
Peanut Seeds
10 Pcs.
Curry Leaves
5 tbsp
Sesame Seeds
2 tsp
Mustard seeds
2 tsp
Cumin seeds
5 tbsp
Oil
1/2 tsp
Asafoetida
1 tsp
Turmeric powder
Nylon Poha Chiwda
  1. In a broad pan take poha and dry roast it. Add 1 tbsp salt in that.
  2. Continue stirring it and Dry roast it for around 15 minutes on a slow flame.
  3. Keep it aside and prepare other ingredients. (Make sure green chilies and curry leaves are dry).
  4. Add sugar and salt as per your taste in poha.
  5. Add oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, penut seeds and green chilies, cook it for 1-2 minutes on a slow flame. (until crispy)
  6. After that add Asafoetida and turmeric powder and turn of the gas. Mix it with poha.
  7. Let it be cool completely and store it in airtight jar for 15 days.
