Cinnamon Stick

Crushed Garlic

Finely Chopped Capsicum
1 cup
Finely chopped onion
1 cup
Finely chopped tomatos
1 1/2 tbsp
2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp
Cumin Coriander Powder
1 tsp
Turmeric powder
1 tbsp
Garam masala
0 As per taste
2/5 cup

Kasuri Methi

Onion-capsicum Sabzi
  1. In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and cook onion and capsicum for 2 minutes(Do not add salt).
  2. In another pan add oil, Dry red chilli, Bay leaf , cloves , cinnamon stick.
  3. Now, add cumin seeds and garlic. saute it for 1 minute on slow flame.
  4. Add finely chopped onion, capsicum and salt. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes and besan. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now, add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and mix it.
  7. Add 2-3 tbsp water and cook it for 1 minute on slow flame.
  8. Add more water and curd. Mix it well.
  9. Add Diced onion and capsicum and cook it for 2 minutes.
  10. Add kasuri methi and serve it hot with Rice or indian bread.
