Watermelon Seeds (magajtari)
1 1/2 Cups
Tomato Puree
2 tbsp
Ginger-chili paste
1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder
1 tsp
Garam masala
1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Capsicum
1/4 cup
Fresh Cream
1 tsp
Sugar granules
1 cup
Diced paneer
0 As per taste

Paneer makhani (No onion No garlic recipe)
  1. For making white paste. In hot water, add cashew and watermelon seeds. Soak it for at least one hour. Remove excessive water and make a smooth paste.
  2. In a pan, add oil, butter and all whole spices.
  3. Add tomato puree and salt. Saute it for a while (approx 3 minutes on slow flame).
  4. After that add chili-ginger paste and saute it.
  5. Add white paste, red chili powder and garam masala. Mix it well. Add sugar and salt as required.
  6. Add a little bit of water and cook it for 3 minutes. Add paneer cubes and cook it for more 2 minutes.
  7. Add fresh cream and garnish it with capsicum. Serve it with your favorite flat bread.
