Dry Herbs
1 tsp
Garam masala
1/2 tsp
Cardamom Powder
0 As per taste

Diced Onion
1/2 cup
Diced Yellow Bell pepper
1/2 cup
Diced Red Bell pepper
1 Cups
Paneer Cubes
3/4 cup
Mozerella cheese
3/4 cup
Processed cheese
Paneer Makhani Toast
  1. In a pan add oil Cumin seeds, Garlic cloves, Mace and Ginger. Saute it for 30 seconds.
  2. Add tomatoes and saute it well.
  3. Turn of the flame and let it cool.
  4. Make a smooth paste of it in a mixture.
  5. In a pan add 1 tbsp Butter.
  6. After that add tomato paste in it. Add red chili powder, Garam masala , Cardamom powder , salt and dry herbs.
  7. Mix it and add fresh cream in that.
  8. Cook it for 1 minute and turn of the flame.
  9. Keep this makhani ggravy aside and let it cool completely.
  10. On bread slices apply butter.
  11. Add 1.5 tbsp makhani gravy.
  12. Add onion, bell peppers, and paneer. After that add some grated cheese.
  13. Bake it in oven at 160°C About 8-9 minutes (Or until paneer becomes Light brownish).
  14. Serve it hot with your favorite dip.
