3/4 cup
Finely chopped onion
1/2 cup
Finely chopped tomatos
1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Capsicum
2 tbsp
Oil
0 As per taste
Salt
1 tbsp
Crushed Garlic
1 Piece
French Loaf
2 1/2 tbsp
Butter
1 tbsp
All purpose flour
1 cup
Milk
1/4 cup
Grated Cheese
2 tbsp
Pav bhaji Masala
Pav Bhaji Fondue
  1. In a pan add 2 tbsp oil.
  2. After that add capsicum, Garlic, onion and Pinch of salt.
  3. Saute it for 5 minutes on a slow flame.
  4. Now, Add tomatoes and saute it for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Keep it aside and Let it be cool completely.
  6. Meanwhile Cut the french loaf in a square shape. Bake it in a oven on 160°C For 8-9 minutes. (Or until it becomes crunchy. Do not use butter/oil).
  7. Now, In a grinder make a smooth paste of onion, tomato mixture.
  8. Add 2 tbsp butter in a pan.
  9. Add all purpose flour and mix it well.
  10. Saute it for 30-45 seconds.
  11. Now, Add milk and mix it.
  12. After one froth add onion paste, salt, grated processed cheese and mix it.
  13. Cook it for 1 minute.
  14. Add 2-3 tbsp milk at the time of serving if it becomes thick. Add butter and Serve it with crispy french loaf.
