0 As per taste

Pav Bhaji
  1. In Pressure cooker add Cabbage, Cauliflower, Carrot, Lauki, potatoes and 2 cups water. Cook it for 4 whistles.
  2. After that remove extra water and smash all the vegetables. In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, dry red chili and bay leaf.
  3. Let the cumin crackled. After that add onion and little bit salt. Saute it for 3 minutes on slow flame.
  4. Add crushed ginger, garlic and chili. Saute it for 1 minute.
  5. Add garlic chutney and 2 tbsp water (Adding water is must), mix it.
  6. Add tomato puree and saute it for 2 minutes.
  7. Add dry masala red chili powder, pavbhaji masala, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, salt and mix it. cook it for 30 seconds.
  8. Add smashed vegetables mixture, boiled peas and 1 cup water. mix it well.
  9. At last add coriander leaves, lemon juice mix it and turn of the flame.
  10. Add butter at the time of serving and Serve it hot with Pav / bread.
