Bread Slices
1 1/2 Cups
Left over Bhaji (of Pav Bhaji)
1/2 cup
Finely chopped onion
1/2 cup
Finely chopped tomatos
1 cup
Shredded Processed Cheese
2 tbsp
Pav bhaji Masala
4 tbsp
Butter
1 tsp
Garlic Chutney
Pavbhaji Canapes
  1. Cut the Bread slices in a round shape. Dry roast it on pan / In oven at 160°c Bake it for 2 minutes (or until crispy).
  2. In a bowl take bhaji (keep it on room temperature). Prepare all other ingredients.
  3. Apply butter on canapes.
  4. Spread bhaji on canapes.
  5. Top it with finely chopped onion and tomatoes. Sprinkle some pav bhaji masala to make it more tasty. Load it with lots of cheese on top. Add garlic chutney for more spiciness.
  6. Bake it at 160°c for 3-4 minutes (or bake it until cheese is melted). Serve it hot.
