Crushed Garlic

1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp
Garam masala
1 cup
Crushed Onion
2 Cups
Diced Tomatoes
1 1/2 Cups
Water
1 cup

Rajasthani Sev tameta nu shaak
  1. In a pan add oil. Add mustard seeds and dry red chili.
  2. Let the mustard seeds crackled. After that add ginger and garlic. Saute it for few seconds.
  3. Now, add onion and salt. Saute it for 3-4 minutes on slow flame.
  4. Add tomatoes and saute it.
  5. After 2 minutes add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and cumin coriander powder. Mix it well.
  6. Add water and cook it for 7-8 minutes.
  7. At the time of serving add Sev and serve it hot with your favorite flat bread.
