1/2 cup
Desiccated Coconut
1/4 cup
Milkmaid
2 Pcs.
Betel Leaf (Paan ka Patta)
1/2 tsp
Clarified Butter (Ghee)
2 tbsp
Gulkand
1 1/2 tbsp
Roughly Chopped Cashew
1/2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds
1 tbsp
Tutti Frutti
Rose & Paan flavored Coconut ladoo
  1. Keep Essential things aside for outer layer.
  2. heat the ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
  3. Add desiccated coconut and saute it for 2 minutes on slow flame. Mix it continuously. (don't let it burn).
  4. Add milk maid and Finely chopped betel leaf in coconut mixture. Saute t for 1 minute on a slow flame.
  5. Keep it aside and let it be cool.
  6. Meanwhile combine rest of four ingredients for stuffing.
  7. Keep it in a freeze for 5 minutes (only if possible).
  8. Make small portion from coconut mixture. stuff it with gulkand filling and make a ladoo.
  9. Coat it with Desiccated coconut and serve it.
