Spinach Puree
1 Piece
Vegetable Stock Cube
0 As per taste
1 pinch
Cinnamon Powder
1 pinch
Cloves Powder
3 tbsp
Crushed Garlic
1 cup
1 tsp
1 tsp
Cumin seeds
1 pinch
Black Pepper Powder
Spinach and Burnt Garlic Soup
  1. For Spinach Puree : In a boiling water add spinach leaves and boil it for 2-3 minutes. Strain water and let it be cool. Make a smooth paste. Prepare all other ingredients and keep it aside.
  2. In a heavy bottom pan Add half cup water, spinach puree , salt, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder, cloves powder, Vegetable stock cube/ half cup vegetable stock and bring it to boil.
  3. In a small pan add oil, cumin seeds and crushed garlic.
  4. On a slow flame let the garlic burn and make it crunchy.
  5. Add the garlic in a spinach puree mixture and boil it until it becomes soft. Serve it hot.
