1 cup
Raw Rice
3 tbsp
Oil
1 tbsp
Cumin seeds
2 Pcs.
Dry Red Chili
1 Piece
Star Anise
3/4 cup
Spinach Puree
0 As per taste
Salt
3/4 cup
Potato Fries
1/2 cup
Sliced and boiled Carrot
1/2 cup
Sliced Capsicum
3/4 cup
Boiled Peas
1/4 tsp
Garam masala
1 tbsp
Crushed Chili-Ginger
1 1/2 tsp
Crushed Garlic
Spinach Pulav
  1. Take 1 cup raw rice and wash it. Add water and soak it for 30 minutes.
  2. In a boiling water add 2 tsp salt and cook rice. Strain extra water. Let it be cool completely and keep it in a freeze for 1 hour.
  3. Meanwhile Prepare other ingredients.
  4. In a pan add oil, dry red chilies and star anise.
  5. After that add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
  6. Now, add crushed chili, garlic and ginger.
  7. Add sliced capsicum and saute it.
  8. After that add carrots and peas. Saute it for 1 minute.
  9. Now, add spinach puree, potato fries and mix it.
  10. Add garam masala and salt. Cook it for 2 minutes on slow flame.
  11. Mix this mixture with rice.
  12. Serve hot it with curd.
