Lemon juice
1/2 tsp
Sugar Powder

Split Chickpeas Canapes with Spinach Pesto Sauce
  1. For Pesto Sauce: In a mixture jar add spinach leaves, basil leaves, salt, black pepper powder, olive oil, green chili, garlic cloves, water, walnuts and mix it well. Make a pesto sauce.
  2. Soak Chana Dal for 2 hours. And boil it.
  3. In a Mixing Bowl Combine Split Chickpeas, Mashed potatoes, Salt, Black pepper powder, Bread crumbs, Crushed ginger-garlic and chili, Sugar, lemon juice and spinach pesto sauce.
  4. Make a patice of it and roast it.
  5. Roast it until brown.
  6. Cut the bread in a round shape and roast it until brown.
  7. Let it be cool and apply tomato ketchup on it.
  8. Place patice on it apply spinach pesto and add lots of cheese. Serve it with ketch up and spinach pesto sauce.
