Moong Dal (Split Yellow Lentil)
5 tbsp
Green chilli
2 tbsp
Grated Ginger
0 As per taste
Salt
1/4 cup
red bell pepper
1/4 cup
Yellow Bell pepper
1/4 cup
Capsicum
1/2 cup
Broccoli
1/2 cup
Onion (Round slice)
1/2 cup
Carrot (Round slice)
1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder
0 As per taste
Salt
1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Green Chili
1 tsp
Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp
Baking Soda
4 tbsp

Split Yellow Lentil Frittata
  1. Soak moong dal for 1-2 hours.
  2. After that coarsely grind it. (Do not take too much water).
  3. Add 4-5 Green chili and Ginger and again grind it (Note: Do not add salt).
  4. Make a semi smooth Paste and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Add salt and pinch of soda at the time of use.
  5. Cut all the vegetables and keep it aside.
  6. Mix all the vegetables and add salt, black pepper powder, Italian seasoning and 1 tbsp. Green chilies.
  7. In a pan 2 tbsp add oil.
  8. Add all vegetables in a pan. Spread it equally.
  9. Carefully spread 0.5 cup moong dal batter over the top of vegetables.
  10. Cover the lead and cook it for 7-8 minutes on a slow flame.
  11. Using back of spoon slowly unstick sides of frittata from the pan. Take a plate and upside down it in a plate, cut it in your favorite shape and serve it.
