3/4 cup
Boiled Peas
0 As per taste
Salt
2 tbsp
Garlic chutney (diluted in water)
3 tbsp
Pav bhaji Masala
1 1/2 tbsp
Crushed Chili-Ginger
2 tbsp
Oil
3 tbsp
Butter
1 tbsp
Cumin seeds
1 Piece
Bay leaf
Tawa Pulao
  1. Take one cup rice, wash it gently and soak it in a normal water for 1 hour.
  2. In a boiling water add rice ,1 tbsp salt and Cook it.
  3. Keep it aside to cool down for at least 1 hour.
  4. Meanwhile chop all the vegetables and keep it aside.
  5. In a pan add oil, butter, Cumin seeds and bay leaf.
  6. After that add Garlic chutney and mix it well.
  7. Saute it for 30 seconds on a slow flame. And add crushed chili-Ginger.
  8. Add all the vegetables and salt.
  9. Mix it and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Now, add pavbhaji masala and mix it.
  11. Add rice turn of the gas and mix it. Add more pav bhaji masala if required. Top it with lots of cheese.
  12. Serve it hot with cuurd or Pav Bhaji.
