Wheat Flour

Crushed Ginger, Garlic and Chili
1 cup
Water
2 tbsp
Oil
1 tbsp
Crushed Garlic
1/4 cup
Finely chopped onion
1/2 cup
Finely chopped tomatos
1 cup
Paneer
1 cup
Tomato Puree
1 tbsp
Taco Seasoning
1/2 cup
Veg Mayonnaise
1 cup
Grated Cheese
1 tsp
Pickle Masala
2 Cups
Oil to deep fry
Thepla Tacos
  1. For Thepla Taco Shell : 1. In a bowl mix wheat flour, 2 tbsp oil, curd , salt , sugar powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed ginger-garlic-chili, Fenugreek leaves and mix it. 2. Take enough water to kneed tight dough. 3. Rest the dough for 5 minutes only and roll small round using rolling pin. Make small marks on it using knife. 4.In a hot oil deep fry it until golden brown. 5.Take it out on thick napkin place it and using rolling pin shape it into taco shell. (Do this process while its hot, Press it gently).
  2. For Filling : 1. In a pan add 2 tbsp oil & 1 tbsp crushed garlic . 2. Add onions and saute it. 3. After that add tomatoes and tomato puree and mix well. Saute it for 2 minutes. 4. Add small paneer cubes, salt Taco seasoning and mix it well.
  3. For Assembling Thepla Tacos : 1. Keep this mixture aside and let it cool. After that In a oven proof bowl place taco shell fill this 2 tbsp mixture in each. 2. Grate lots of cheese on it.
  4. Baking : In preheated oven Bake it on 160°C for 4-5 minutes. Mean while in a half cup mayonnaise add 1 tsp pickle Masala. Pour this on baked tacos and Serve it hot with salad.
