- 2 tbsp

- 1 1/2 tbsp
- Crushed Ginger, Garlic and Chili
- 3 tbsp
- Curd
- 3 tbsp
- Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder
- 3/4 cup
- Fenugreek Leaves
- 1 cup
- Water

- In a bowl combine wheat flour, salt, oil, crushed ginger-garlic-chili, fenugreek leaves, curd, powdered sugar, red chili powder and turmeric powder.
- Take adequate water and knead dough.
- Make small round from dough. Using rolling pin start rolling the dough into round 5-6 inch diameter circular disc.
- Place it in a hot pan Apply oil on both the sides and roast till golden brown..
