Finely Chopped Capsicum
3 tsp
Finely Chopped Green Chilli
1 cup
Finely chopped onion
1 1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Lettuce
3/4 cup
Finely Shredded Carrots
5 tbsp
Veg Mayonnaise
4 tbsp
Butter
8 Pcs.
Bread Slices
1 cup
Processed cheese
0 As per taste
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder
Veg Mayo Sandwich
  1. Cut all the Vegetables finely (Onion, Capsicum, Lettuce, Green Chili) And Shred the Carrot.
  2. In a Bowl mix all the Vegetables. Add Veg mayonnaise, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Half cup Grated Processed cheese.
  3. Mix it properly and let it be aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Take two bread slice, Apply butter Spread Grated cheese on one slice and veg mayo mixture on another slice.
  5. Grill it and serve it hot with Potato chips and ketchup.
