1 1/2 cup
Vermicelli
2 tbsp
Oil
1 1/2 cup
Water
1 tbsp
Crushed Chili-Ginger
1 tbsp
Cumin seeds
1/4 cup
Finely Chopped Capsicum
1/4 cup
Finely chopped and boiled Carrots
1/4 cup
Boiled Peas
1/2 cup
Finely chopped onion
5 Pcs.
Curry Leaves
1 tbsp
Urad Dal
2 Pcs.
Green Chili
0 As per taste
Salt
Vermicelli Upma
  1. Cut all the vegetables. Boil Peas and carrots. Cut the chili in a large pcs.
  2. In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, urad dal, green chili and curry leaves.
  3. Add Onion and capsicum saute it for 2 minutes.
  4. Add all vegetables, salt and mix it.
  5. Add vermicelli and water mix it. And cover it with lead.
  6. Cook it for 5 minutes. Serve it Hot.
