French Loaf
1 tbsp
Butter
1 tsp
All purpose flour
1 cup
Milk
0 As per taste
Salt
1/4 tsp
Red Paprika
1/4 tsp
Oregano
1/4 tsp
Mixed Herbs
4 tbsp
Butter (at room temperature)
3 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup
1 Piece
Sliced Capsicum
1 Piece
Sliced onion
1 Piece
Sliced Tomato
1 cup
Mozerella cheese
1/2 cup
Processed cheese
White sauce bruschetta
  1. White sauce : In non stick pan add 1 tbsp butter.
  2. Once butter melts add 1 tsp all purpose flour.
  3. Mix it well and cook it for 30-40 seconds.
  4. Add milk and mix it well.
  5. Stir it continuously to avoid lumps.
  6. Cook it for 2-3 minutes on slow flame. once it becomes thick add salt, red paprika, oregano and herbs.
  7. Mix it well and keep it aside in a bowl. (before using, let it be cool completely)
  8. Cut the french loaf in desired shape. Apply butter on each slice. (apply butter on both sides for better taste)
  9. Now, apply tomato ketch up or pizza sauce .
  10. Apply prepared white sauce (approximately 1.5 tsp).
  11. Arrange vegetables on top of it.
  12. Now, top it with both cheese and repeat this procedure for all slices. Meanwhile preheat oven at 170°c for 10 minutes.
  13. Arrange all slices in baking tray annd bake it at 170°c for 10-12 minutes. (or until cheese melts)
  14. Serve it hot as starter or breakfast.
