- Tortillas
- 1 cup
- Paneer Slices
- 4 tbsp
- Oil
- 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- Achar masala
- 1/2 cup
- Onion Slices
- 1/2 cup
- Capsicum Slices
- 1/2 cup
- Tomato Slices
- 2 tbsp
- Butter
- 0 As per taste
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp
- Mixed Herbs
- 1 tsp
- Oregano
- 4 tbsp
- Tandoori mayonnaise

- In a bowl add 2 tbsp oil, achar masala and chaat masala. Mix it.
- Add paneer slices and keep it aside for 45-60 minutes.
- Mean while in a pan heat oil and saute onion capsicum slices. Add salt oregano and mixed herbs.
- Cook it for 4-5 minutes.
- In another pan add paneer and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add butter in nonstick pan and cook tortillas on both the sides.
- Apply 1 tbsp. tandoori mayonnaise on each tortilla.
- Add paneer in the center of each tortilla.
- Add onion capsicum mixture and Tomato slices.
- Cover it from both the sides and serve it hot.
