Crispy Kalonji Puri
  1. Take 2 all purpose flour in a bowl. Add 1 tsp salt, 4 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp kalonji and mix it.
  2. Add adequate water and prepare tight dough.
  3. Cover it and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Take a small portion of dough and roll it. prepare small portions from dough.
  5. Now turn by turn, roll each dough ball into a flat circular Puri of about 3 inch wide. Then to prevent Puri from puffing while frying, prick each of them with a fork into 3-4 place.
  6. Now, apply ghee using brush.
  7. Fold it into a half circle. Apply ghee on one side of half circle and fold it into a triangular shape. Repeat this for all.
  8. In a hot oil deep fry it on a slow fame. fry it until golden brown.
  9. Keep it aside and let it cool.
  10. Mean while combine salt, red chili powder, chat masala, pudina powder and black salt.
  11. Sprinkle it on puri and store it in a air tight container.
