- Diced Capsicum
- 1 cup
- Diced Onion
- 4 tbsp

- Cumin seeds
- 2 Pcs.

- Bay leaf

- Dry Red Chili
- 1 Piece
- Cinnamon Stick
- 2 tbsp
- Crushed Garlic
- 1 cup
- Finely Chopped Capsicum
- 1 cup
- Finely chopped onion
- 1 cup
- Finely chopped tomatos
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- Besan
- 2 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp
- Cumin Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp
- Garam masala
- 0 As per taste

- 2/5 cup

- 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri Methi
- 1 cup

- In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and cook onion and capsicum for 2 minutes(Do not add salt).
- In another pan add oil, Dry red chilli, Bay leaf , cloves , cinnamon stick.
- Now, add cumin seeds and garlic. saute it for 1 minute on slow flame.
- Add finely chopped onion, capsicum and salt. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and besan. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Now, add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and mix it.
- Add 2-3 tbsp water and cook it for 1 minute on slow flame.
- Add more water and curd. Mix it well.
- Add Diced onion and capsicum and cook it for 2 minutes.
- Add kasuri methi and serve it hot with Rice or indian bread.
