- Cashew
- 3/4 cup
- Watermelon Seeds (magajtari)
- 1 1/2 Cups
- Tomato Puree
- 2 tbsp
- Ginger-chili paste
- 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp
- Garam masala
- 1/2 cup
- Finely Chopped Capsicum
- 1/4 cup
- Fresh Cream
- 1 tsp
- Sugar granules
- 1 cup
- Diced paneer
- 0 As per taste
- Salt

- For making white paste. In hot water, add cashew and watermelon seeds. Soak it for at least one hour. Remove excessive water and make a smooth paste.
- In a pan, add oil, butter and all whole spices.
- Add tomato puree and salt. Saute it for a while (approx 3 minutes on slow flame).
- After that add chili-ginger paste and saute it.
- Add white paste, red chili powder and garam masala. Mix it well. Add sugar and salt as required.
- Add a little bit of water and cook it for 3 minutes. Add paneer cubes and cook it for more 2 minutes.
- Add fresh cream and garnish it with capsicum. Serve it with your favorite flat bread.
