Rice Flour
1 tbsp
Cumin seeds
2 Cups

0 As per taste

Crushed chilies

Pizza Sauce
1 tsp
pizza seasoning
3 tbsp
Finely Chopped Capsicum
3 tbsp
Finely chopped onion
1/2 cup
Grated Processed Cheese
1/2 tbsp
1/2 tbsp
Mixed Herbs
Pizza Khichu
  1. In a pan add 2 cups water and boil it.
  2. Add crushed chili, salt, cumin seeds, basil, mixed herbs and soda-bi-carb in boiling water and cover it with lead. Boil it for 5 minutes.
  3. After that remove it from flame.
  4. Add Rice Flour, Pizza Sauce, half tsp pizza seasoning and mix it immediately (Use rolling pin to mix it).
  5. In a Dhokla steamer add water and boil it.
  6. Take one small plate & grease plate with little bit of oil.
  7. Spread khichu on greased plate.
  8. In a bowl mix onion and capsicum. Season it with pizza seasoning.
  9. Spread onion and capsicum on khichu better. Pour oil on it and steam it for 5 minutes.
  10. Remove it from steamer and add grated cheese on it. Serve it hot with oil.
