Crushed Ginger, Garlic and Chili

Red Chili Powder

Fenugreek Leaves

  1. In a bowl combine wheat flour, salt, oil, crushed ginger-garlic-chili, fenugreek leaves, curd, powdered sugar, red chili powder and turmeric powder.
  2. Take adequate water and knead dough.
  3. Make small round from dough. Using rolling pin start rolling the dough into round 5-6 inch diameter circular disc.
  4. Place it in a hot pan Apply oil on both the sides and roast till golden brown..
