- Crushed Ginger, Garlic and Chili
- 1 cup
- Diced potatoes
- 1 cup
- Finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup
- Finely Chopped Capsicum
- 1/2 cup
- Green Peas
- 1/4 cup
- Finely Chopped and French Beans
- 1/4 cup
- Diced carrot
- 1/2 cup
- Diced paneer

- In a pan add oil , cumin seeds, star anise, bay leaf, dry red chili, and green cardamom.
- Add crushed green chili, ginger, garlic and saute it.
- After that add onion, capsicum and potatoes. Add salt and mix it. cook it until potatoes get cooked.
- now, add boiled french beans, carrots and peas. Mix it well. Add paneer , red chili powder , turmeric powder , garam masala , and coriander powder.
- Add curd and mix it. Turn off the gas after adding curd.
- Give it a smoke effect and cover the lead for 15-20 minutes. (for smoke effect place the burned coal in the prepared curry and pour some ghee on it.)
- After that make a layer of rice and curry. Serve it hot.
